kdelibs5-dev software package provides development files for the KDE Development Platform libraries, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdelibs5-dev
kdelibs5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdelibs5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdelibs5-dev *
You will get with kdelibs5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
